With professional guidance in developing healthy and constructive habits and learning to set concrete, reachable goals early on, your younger family members will be on track to achieve their full potential. Using a three-step process, we will:

1. Uncover your personal vision  -  Clarity
2. Set clear personal and professional goals - Goals
3. Develop,  implement, and monitor an action plan for achieving those goals - Action

I work with young people and their parents to understand the needs and desires of both sides, and to make the relationship a collaborative one, whether it’s to

• Overcome their fears and insecurities, or
• Make the right educational and career choices, or
• Build on their strengths and address their weaknesses, or
• Pursue their dreams and passions, or
• Create a meaningful, rewarding life, or
• Something else.

I first, and foremost, listen, and then I assist young people in formulating their own unique and clear vision for a meaningful life, one that builds on their strengths, passions, and true desires. I also offer educational and career guidance by helping students to develop a clear game plan and coach them on the tools they need to achieve their goals.
